That part of the lyrics relates to you waiting for your Missionary, because it's all about keep holding on, staying strong, being positive that you both will make it through the whole wait (if it meant to be) and if your Missionary knows you are waiting, you are here waiting for him.

Girls, I know I said this before, don't allow anything bring you down. Remember to stay strong, keep holding on and remind positive thinking during the rest of the wait. You got this! I know when I keep holding on, it has help me to become stronger as the time goes by. Don't ask for the time goes faster, take one day at a time, and take one step at a time.
